I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Martha Acosta Foundation for funding my Pig Pathology course. Thanks to their generosity, I was able to participate in this educational program which turned out to be an extremely enriching experience.
During the course, I had the privilege of learning from professionals with years of experience. It was a pleasant surprise to have such qualified speakers, whose track record is a source of inspiration. They have not only studied hard, but they apply their knowledge in the field on a daily basis, having witnessed and handled hundreds of different cases.
At all times, both inside and outside the course, the exchange of knowledge and experiences was encouraged. The instructors and participants generously shared their knowledge, kindly explaining even the most basic concepts. This attentive and collaborative attitude was very enriching for us students.
The course provided me with a deep understanding of the diseases that affect pigs and their clinical manifestation. In addition, I learned the correct methodology for performing necropsies, considering all relevant aspects. This knowledge has been very useful to me in my professional practices, as it has provided me with a solid foundation on which to build my experience.
