The activities carried out during the event were the attendance to the conferences which were very interesting because they show you the topics that are constantly updated, of the topics that I found most interesting was the topic that talks about teamwork and how to manage employees and that should be taken into account what the employee wants so that they work with encouragement and have better results in their work being something fair for both the boss and the worker.
Even the topics on water care, mycotoxins, parameters for the acceptance of meat exports to California, optimizing feed and how to achieve the potential of a breeding stock, all these topics and more that I failed to mention are of great importance and impact because it opens your eyes and allows you to see what mistakes can be improved to have better results
Finally, I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me to attend the event since I learned a lot and it was my first pork congress which made me very excited, even served me to interact with people in the pork sector and learn from their experience because there is no better teacher than those who already have years of practical knowledge.
